Q: Can we bring in a cooler?
A: Yes, Splash allows you to bring in a cooler for $5 for 34 quart cooler and under $8 for 35 quarts and up.

Q: Can we use coupons on half-day admissions?
A: No, coupons are only valid for Full-Day admission Mon.-Thurs. only, and not valid in conjunction with other discounts or special offers.

Q: Are all attractions included in the admission?
A: Splash does not charge extra for any of the attractions. We provide clear tubes for the Side Winder only, and blue mats for all the slides, however tube rental is optional for the Lazy River and Wave Pool.

Q: Are there restrictions for the attractions?
A: Patrons must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the Sidewinder (Taco Shaped Slide) and Speed Slides. If you are pregnant, or have other health conditions including and not limited to heart problems, broken limps, neck or back problems you may not ride the Side Winder, Speed Slides, or the Serpentine Slides as these are extreme rides. Children under 48 inches tall can ride the Serpentine slides with a parent only. Children must be under 48 inches to be in the baby pool, also must be accompanied by an adult in the Wave Pool beyond red line without floaties.

Q: What does the weather have to be before Splash will open?
A: It must be at least 75 degrees before we will open to the public, if it doesn’t reach 75 degrees by 3pm. We will not open for the day.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We will continue to stay open unless there is lightening and thundering, then we will pull everyone out of the water for 15min. and see if the storm will pass. If the storm continues the manager will determine whether Splash will close.

Q: Will I get a refund or rain check if Splash closes due to inclement weather?
A: During inclement weather (ex. lighting, severe storms, etc.) attractions will be temporarily close. Guest must exit the water and take cover until management deems it safe to re-open. Inclement weather is uncontrollable "rain checks or refunds" are not given if park closes due to unsafe conditions.

Q: Do I have to pay to come into the park if I’m not swimming?
A: Yes, there is a $6 non-swimmer admission price to come into the park, without a swim suit on.

Q: Can I drop my children off and pick them up later?
A: Guest age 14 and under are required to have a guardian age 17 or older present on park grounds during visit.

Q: What can small children do at Splash?
A: Splash has a baby pool that is only for children under 48 inches tall and parents, that has two slides, and three floating creatures, and an water umbrella. The water depth is 1.5 feet deep. The Lazy River is also shallow, at 2.5 feet deep. The Wave Pool is marked with a red depth line to mark levels too deep for small children. We have a water dump bucket for children and parents.

Q: Is a dress code for swim suits?
A: Yes, you may not wear inappropriate swim suits (ex. thongs, G-strings, Speedos) and any swim attire made of see-through material when wet or dry are prohibited. Also you must wear a swim suit if entering the water, you may not wear shorts and a t-shirt, no denim allowed.

Q: Does my child need to wear a swim diaper in the pools?
A: Yes, if you have an infant, toddlers, and children still potty-training must wear a swim diaper specifically designed and marketed for water use. Swim diapers may be purchased at the front ticket booth, and in the gift shop.

Q: Do you allow outside flotation devices?
A: No, outside flotation devices (ex. tubes, rafts, noodles, boggy board’s ect.) are prohibited as they may cover water surfaces of attractions preventing lifeguards from seeing their area of responsibility. Life jackets will be provided free of charge on a first come, first-serve basis. Tube Rental will also be available.

Q: Is Splash Amarillo Water Park responsible for lost or stolen items?
A: No, Splash Amarillo Water Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available to rent.

Q: Do you have a designated smoking section?
A: Yes we have three designated smoking areas, one along the fence beside the dunk tank, one along the Lazy River pump house, and another along the fence by the Side Winder, AKA Taco Slide. Please only smoke in designated smoking

Q: What do I need to do if I want to book a birthday party?
A: Come down to Splash Amarillo Water Park located at 1415 Sunrise Dr. during regular business hours, fill out your reservation form, pay a $30 deposit, and pick up your invitations and guest list.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book a party?
A: At least a week in advance, with a deposit, first come, first serve.

Q: Can I pay over the phone with a credit or debit card for my purchase?
A: No, for your protection, we ask that you come in person to pay with a credit or debit card.
